While my current pizza dough making has not been gluten free, *barf* GF recipes so far, so I’ve been using my very good friend’s (from Naples, Italy) recipe which is outstanding if I might say… but not gluten free. I love making pizza, it’s fun and I get to use my Kitchen Aid mixer! My kids love pizza, it’s a treat for all of us and easy to make once you have a good dough recipe.
But I’ve found a GF recipe that I’m actually excited to try! Thanks to Karen of Gluten Free Sox Fan, we will be attempting our third GF pizza dough recipe. We won’t be using sausage, not our thing, but the rest of the pizza looks fabulous. Karen has some great looking GF recipes so be sure to check out her blog, I can’t wait to try her Challah bread recipe… YUM!

I’m here in Naples, Italy surrounded by way too much tasty, but definitely not GF, pizza. I’d love to hear how your GF pizza dough turns out, so keep me in the loop.
Ciao for now!
